Well as I told in comments we going to re-write CS5 Serial post with some fresh details so here it is. Actually there is a guy named “EliteV” shared a URL which has all the information with pictures as well so now it’s very easy to understand Adobe CS5 Serial instructions even for a normal internet user. Now I’m writing the new post with help of that article hope you like it… 
We have got the Adobe serial key-generator that works for all products of Adobe CS4 & CS5 and even for the master collection. It has the serials for any adobe product. This has been tested on windows 7 and worked perfectly but we can’t confirm for Mac OS.
OK so download the package first.
I have checked this application with my antivirus which is “Avast Antivirus Latest Version″ and it detects no virus, anyhow you can check this zip folder before extract it for security reasons…
Installation For Windows:
1. The first thing to do is disable your internet connection, just go to your Network Folder and
clicking the Disable Internet Connection; or simply just pull out your Ethernet Cable.
2. Replace the “hosts” file with the one provided in the Folder you downloaded. All you do is ‘COPY’ the file from that Folder and ‘PASTE’ to the specified directory. To get to the hosts file, you will have to go to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc (Its for Windows 7)

3. Run the KeyGen choose the software “Adobe Master Collection CS5″ and Copy/Paste the Generated Serial Number into Adobe. Finish the Installation.
4. Before you open your Adobe CS5 program, you have to Copy & Re-Place the .DLL file provided in your downloaded folder named (“amtlib.dll”). If you have more than one software you wish you activate then you have to Re-Place this DLL file into each of the file’s main directory in the Adobe Folder. For Example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit) (Its my Adobe Photoshop’s Directory in Windows 7)
5. It will work even without system restart, but we recommend you to restart your computer now.
That’s it. Enjoy the Software….

THE SOLUTION TO ALL YOUR PROBLEMS IS RIGHT HERE.I AM A STUDENT AND HAVE PHOTOSHOP LAB IN COLLEGE BUT CANT AFFORD TO BUY THE FULL VERSION.
SO DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION AND AFTER ITS 30 DAYS VALIDITY EXPIRED JUST DID THIS.
1)disconnect from your internet broadband or whatever connection.
2)open adobe photoshop cs5.
3)copy and paste the below key when it asks for a serial key
1330-1193-9982-0310-7670-2199
4)it will validate your key and you can see a green tick mark arrow after your key.
5)click on continue.
6)it will open photoshop.
7)if it asks to register dont register and skip that step.
8)now in photoshop click on edit>preferences>plugins and uncheck “allow preferences to connect to internet”
9)close photoshop.
10)open it again and check whether that option is still unchecked.
11)you can now connect to internet
njoy photoshop.

I tried this and it did work, but once I close out of photoshop and try to reopen, it says this serial number is no longer valid? why does this happen with all the serial numbers i try? Is there a number that will last more than once?

I have placed info in the Hosts folder. I have entered several serial numbers and always get the green checkmark. When I continue it doesn’t ask to register, but opens Adobe and you must enter an Adobe ID. When I do that it tells me it can not be started at this time. Help, going on the road and I need this on my laptop.

I’m attempting to install Illistrator and Contribute but to no avail.

i had the same problem too.. just generate a serial nmbr frm Keygen.. other serial numbers says its invalid.. I downloaded the keygen, generated and now full version is working!!!! try it.

I have windows vista–blocked access via the directions using the administrator setting and notepad. Tried to block firewall access (I have norton 360 which overrides my windows firewall) but couldn’t. The SN shows a green check, but I receive a message that the program MUST connect to the internet. When the firewall is blocked, I get an error message that the program can’t continue. If the firewall is off, I am prompted to enter or create an Adobe user ID in order to complete….
please help! thanks! (12 days left on trial)

I have installed PHOTOSHOP CS5.1 extended and tried almost every Serial Number over here … but none did work
I do get the green tick, but after that when i click next after putting the Adobe ID i get this message:
“We are unable to start your subscription for adobe photoshop CS5.1 extended subscription edition …”

Anyone have any *new* serial numbers for Photoshop Extended CS5.1 – All of the older ones on this site are linked to subscription editions- which means if your adobe id hasn’t got a subscription linked to it , it wont work.
FYI when codes are posted please make sure you have blocked Adobe from you internet or the code will become blocked(by either the notepad method or just simply disconnecting before you try code)

do you mean to simply add adobe to the restricted sites in IE?
have done that and just tried the key…. worked until I restarted CS5 and says invalid key
